In addition our team all meet the following requirements and represent 105 combined years in the security and monitoring industry: Full time personnel: Our team is full time and dedicated to maintaining the highest level of knowledge of our clients needs and the current state of technology. Operator screening: All employees undergo FBI and State background screening including Fingerprinting, Drug Testing and Caliper Testing Third party training: All Operators are SIA Trained and CSAA trained In-house training: Each team member receives 8 weeks of CPT in-house training to educate them on our industry leading processes and procedures.
